• Browse our catalogue and make enquiries about specific pieces, or
• Place and pay for an order directly through the website using our secure payment partner, Nomod, for delivery within the UAE.

Online payment through this website is currently available for delivery within the UAE only. For orders shipping outside the UAE, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to arrange your order and payment — see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our sarees accurately, including their design, weave, and pattern. However:

• Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
• Each saree is handwoven, so natural, minor variation between the pictured piece and the piece you receive is normal and part of authentic handloom craftsmanship.
• Availability is confirmed only at the time of enquiry or order, as pieces may sell between catalogue updates. If an item you've ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through this website or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order. A sale made this way is only confirmed once both parties agree on the item, price, and payment directly, whether via WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

Orders and Payment via the Website

Where you place and pay for an order directly through this website:

• Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Nomod. We do not collect or store your card or payment details — these are handled entirely by Nomod under its own terms and privacy practices.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation from us.
• Order details (item, quantity, price, delivery address) will be confirmed with you before or immediately after payment.
• Online payment and direct shipping through the website is available for UAE addresses only. For international orders, please arrange your order via WhatsApp.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

As handwoven products, minor natural variation is not grounds for return. Beyond this, your rights to return, exchange, or receive a refund for orders placed through the website are governed by applicable UAE consumer protection law, including where an item is defective, materially not as described, or undelivered.
